Training ground
Training takes place on natural and artificial pitches in the surrounding area, at the Valeggio sul Mincio stadium (natural and artificial , both around ten kilometres away) and in Sirmione (natural and artificial , around 12 kilometres away). In the event of bad weather, the small artificial pitch in Valeggio and Sirmione can also be used as part of our training guarantee.

Hotel facilities
The Residence Eden is a well-kept apartment complex consisting of 173 flats, divided into four building complexes. Meals are taken in the main building Parc Hotel ****. The complex also has a large outdoor pool with bar, which can be used in the summer months.

Rooms
The flats have one to three rooms. The single-room flats offer space for two people and are 28-29 square metres in size, have a lounge with kitchenette, sofa bed and a bathroom/WC. The two-room flats offer space for two to four people, are 39-40 square metres in size and are equipped with a lounge with kitchen, a bedroom, a sofa bed and a bathroom/WC. The flats with three rooms can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, are 49-53 square metres in size and offer a lounge with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower/WC. They also all have a balcony or terrace and satellite TV. Our teams are usually accommodated as follows: Single occupancy: one flat for one person. Double occupancy: Flat with kitchen and bedroom (either two people in the bedroom or one person in the bedroom and one person on a king-size pull-out couch in the kitchen). Triple occupancy: Flat with one bedroom for two people, third person sleeps in the kitchen on king-size sofa bed.

Football fields
The resort is located a few kilometres south-east of Lake Garda near Peschiera. It is around a seven-minute drive to the lake and around 30 minutes to Verona. The Residences Eden are surrounded by a very well-kept garden landscape with probably the most beautiful golf course on Lake Garda. The Parchotel, where you can use all the services and where meals are served, is only around 250-600 metres away (depending on which apartment building you are staying in).
Beach/Swimming facilities
The flats are only around two kilometres from Lake Garda.
Nightlife
The entire area is quiet and somewhat secluded, but has a few nice bars and lounges. Bars and discos are just a few minutes' drive away.
Supporting programme
Various theme parks, such as Gardaland, Sea Life Aquarium, Movieland Park, Caneva Aquapark or the Terme Colà di Lazise are located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. We have negotiated special rates for Gardaland and Sea Life Aquarium, please enquire with us. There is also a bowling centre and a go-kart track nearby. There is also a mini golf course directly on the site.
Sports possibilities
The complex is located right next to the Paradiso Golf Club in Peschiera, which is one of the most beautiful on Lake Garda. There are also three tennis courts, a mini-golf course and a basketball court directly on the premises. We are happy to organise a golf taster course on request.
Team building
Excursions to Lake Garda to Peschiera or Sirmione, visits to league matches of Chievo or Hellas Verona or a fast-paced kart race in Lonato or at the indoor go-kart track in Affi, both around 20 minutes' drive from the hotel.
Other
Hellas Verona uses the hotel complex as a training centre for the professional team, so you can easily meet professional footballers. If you would like to watch a training session, please let us know in advance. On request, we can also organise tickets for matches of the professional clubs from Verona (Chievo or Hellas Verona).
Important: A deposit of Euro 50,--/person is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out.
