Training ground
The accommodation is located directly at the training grounds, which boast a natural grass pitch according to UEFA dimensions, two brand-new artificial grass pitches (a large one constructed in 2020 and a small one built in 2021), a fun court and a beach football pitch. In winter, it’s also possible to switch to two large halls.

Hotel facilities
The Champions-Park is fully geared towards sports clubs. When teams are not training, a recreation room with games console, TV, table football, etc. is available to use. Coaches and officials can meet in the lounge (which has a café bar and TV) to exchange experiences. When it comes to debriefing after training sessions, conference/seminar rooms with a tactics board and flipchart as well as the latest video technology are available for teams to use. Food is served from the buffet in the large dining area. Meals are tailored to the needs of athletes. In the basement there are several modern changing rooms with showers. Here there are also some rooms with massage tables, which can be used by the club’s own physiotherapists by arrangement. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.

The Champions-Park is located in the heart of “Naturpark Schwarzwald Nord/Mitte”, a nature reserve in the Black Forest.

Directly adjacent to the sports grounds is the Panorama-Bad leisure centre with a spacious sunbathing area.
Nightlife
Revellers can head to the nightclub Martinique at their own expense.
Supporting programme
There’s also plenty of things to do off the pitch. Whether it’s minigolf or bowling, there’s something for every age group.
Sports possibilities
In addition to football, there are plenty of other sports options directly on site or close by such as signposted running routes, beach volleyball, swimming and indoor sports.
Team building
We’d be glad to organise the perfect team building activities such as bowling, climbing, mountain bike tours and lots more.

Important: At check-in, each team must pay a deposit of 100.00 euros, which is returned upon check-out after checking the guest room.
The kitchen is happy to prepare special food for those with allergies, vegetarians, etc. It’s possible to help yourself to drinks in the building around the clock.
