Training ground
The training grounds of the host club, SV Pachern, are located directly opposite the hotel and offer an excellent natural grass pitch and an artificial grass pitch (FIFA 2-Star Certification), both equipped with floodlighting. Mobile goals are available in all sizes. There is also a sports hall with parquet flooring in the direct vicinity. In the winter months, training takes place on artificial grass. In the summer months, it primarily takes place on the natural grass pitch.
Hotel facilities
The beautiful design hotel was opened in 2006 and is regularly renovated and upgraded. For example, the entire fourth floor was recently renovated in 2021. It offers a cosy reception area with café, a bar, an attached restaurant (“Don Camillo”), a beautiful roof terrace and a service point which has a laundrette with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers as well as vending machines selling drinks and snacks. Breakfast and lunch take place directly in the hotel, while dinner is served in “Seppi’s Sportlertreff” directly next to the sports grounds of SV Pachern (in the ice rink). For meetings, there is either a small conference room in the hotel .(only for approx. 12 people) for an additional charge, or the premises of SV Pachern at the sports grounds (canteen/VIP area over 2 floors) are the perfect option. SV Pachern is also happy to provide food and drinks for meetings and/or cosy team evenings. Car park spaces are located directly at the hotel. A bus can be parked behind the training grounds.

Hart is a picturesque suburb of Graz. The town centre is around 5.5 miles away. The hotel is located in the centre of the town, directly opposite the sports centre of SV Pachern. Graz Airport is only just under 7 miles away.
Journey
The destination is very easy to reach via the autobahn. The nearest train station is two minutes away by car or ten minutes on foot. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel.

Nightlife
Graz is known throughout Austria as a student city. As a result, there are countless places for food and drink in the city centre and there is always something going on here.
Supporting programme
The Styrian state capital Graz can be reached in just under 16 minutes by car. We are able to organise guided city tours, an open-topped bus sightseeing tour, pleasure tours and much more. Also recommendable in Graz is Hotel Restaurant Römerstube with its own bowling alley.
Sports possibilities
Opposite the hotel is a leisure centre boasting an indoor swimming pool, sauna, modern fitness centre and therapy centre with a physiotherapy practice (we would be glad to arrange massages here for you), an ice rink (for skating) and a beach volleyball court. Facilities in the vicinity also include well-presented tennis courts, a golf training centre with a driving range and the possibility to play footgolf and disc golf, a Farmersgolf course and a high-quality running track. Two e-bikes are available to hire at the hotel itself.
Team building
Within walking distance from the hotel is a huge paintball arena (approx. 550 metres away) and around 1.5 miles away is a golf training centre with a driving range, footgolf and disc golf. We would also be happy to organise activities such as the following in the wider area: cycling trips, high ropes courses, Farmersgolf, a trip to the bowling alley in Graz, hikes and much more.
